Great staff, better coffee.

I went to this location of Starbucks, to treat myself to a drink. I placed an order and went inside to get the drink. When I gave them my name, I found out that I placed the order for the wrong Starbucks location. The Barista, Ethan immediately offered to make my drink and had a smile on his face the entire time! This experience is what this place is all about! Very happy with their willingness to be so helpful!!!

The staff were friendly enough. Great customer service should be applicable to all customers. I'll leave that there. I tried something new today white chocolate mocha And it was really good. I usually get the caramel macchiato which was also good. I didn't know they serve red velvet cake so I was really hyped about trying it. It is sooo good. I'm surprised more Starbucks stores are not carrying the red velvet cake. I love the rewards program they have but they need to work out a few kinks with it. Today was happy hour between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for reward members. Who doesn't love a free drink. I love that I am able to earn perks like free bakery items and free drinks. It really is worth it to sign up especially if you shop there anyway. This location is a little out the way for me but I would go there again based on today's experience.

I love the atmosphere here. Everyone around me has their laptops opened and are consumed with their studies. I'm a graduate student with the school of divinity. Also, I earn points toward a free cup of coffee with every purchase

Very efficient service, I've never had to more than a minute or two for my order. The establishment is always clean though parking can be an issue at times.
