This place was amazing! Hands down, the best place we have eaten. The pork belly was absolutely amazing, rich and crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside. The bread was also out of this world, very well worth ordering. The environment had a very nice ambiance and is very romantic, but a bit too loud, but probably quiets down when they open the doors for the summer.
We decided to try Hearthside on a whim and were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation at the chef's table, the bar seats overlooking the open kitchen. Our server was awesome and made great appetizer recommendations though I wish he had warned that the pork is served rare, I would have requested no pink, something about pork that isn't white is off putting and I really couldn't eat much of it. We had plenty of appetizers so I wasn't even hungry by the time the entree came but had it been cooked to a higher temperature it would have been worth boxing up and taking home. The irony is not lost on me that while I complain about the rare pork, I most enjoyed the beef carpaccio appetizer.
Incredible food and great service. There’s a reason they are booked so far out in advance for reservations, totally worth the wait. Highly recommend!!
Amazing food, worth every penny. Had Prawns and Mushroom Risotto to share. They came out piping hot, seasoned perfectly , and cooked spot on. The Lamb Chop + Lamb Belly was out of this world. The chops were a perfect medium rare the crispy belly was one of my favorite things. Carrot cake dessert was also great. Could have been a little larger piece for $9 but it is what it is. I'm not mad. Amazing meal overall.
This place has AMAZING food. I was in absolute awe of the carpaccio. It was just so flavorful and delicious. The atmosphere is rustic chic I would say. I love the open kitchen concept and the whole experience. Go here if you want to splurge on some great food. I LOVE it
