    Place always run by kids who have no idea what they are doing. Pretzels never ready and you always have to wait. Place has gone downhill for sure. Go to a different location.

    Ok closes way to early and opens way to late, but the staff is very pleasant and make it a nice experience anyway. Would be 5 stars if the hours were better.

    Just tried their pretzel/ cheeseburger “pickups”. Four to a cup. Enough to share.
    They are delicious.
    The meat is nice and moist and it’s a great balance of burger and pretzel.
    When I got it home I nuked in the bag for 20 seconds. Perfect.
    I’ll go back next week for more.
