Reminds me of a place that would fit in well around center City. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options along with regular options. Everything stands out and has a unique quality taste

Walked into Kitchen 519 for the first time and asked myself; "what am I doing here?" The place seemed small and the color schemes were slightly drab. Then I was presented with great service as soon as the waiter introduced himself. The appetizers were amazing and foreshadowed delicious food arrangements so the standards became really high. The entrees were amazing!!! The Blackened Cobia was tantalizing to the senses and very well prepared. Ordered the "surf and turf," which was served over an amazing risotto which was complimented with an astonishing and delicate salad. The steak melted in the mouth and the lobster was fantastic. The locale instantly appeared more refined soon as I tasted the food. Very satisfied!! Highly recommend d Kitchen 519

Good flavors and good food, but it’s just way to pricey especially for the portion size. Don’t mind spending on good food, but the portion size doesn’t even out for the price. Good for the area

This is my FAVORITE spot. The chef is always on point with creating his menu and specials. The staff is excellent, ready to help you decide what meal would best suit your taste. They also customize meals for those with food allergies. Even going as far as changing the oil for gluten free folks. :)

Its a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, or take out. I do suggest eating in because the walls are covered in beautiful art work by local, budding artists (available to purchase), and the decor and atmosphere is something you have to experience. Awkward date? Avoiding hot button issues with the family? Try the little bucket of old trivial pursuit cards to move the tension toward a friendly, yet competitive experience.

All in all, this place is a damn gem and I am so grateful to have it right in my neighborhood.
