Yuzu Ramen & Sushi

Just found out that a new ramen place opened near me so I had to check it out. The ramen was absolutely delicious and the staff was so friendly, they even gave me a kani salad on the house. I will definitely be back to try out their other dishes.

We drove all the way up here because of the great reviews and we did not get dissapointed, to say the least! Delicious food and we loved the owners, they were so friendly and generous. The ramen broth was very nice and had a big portion. The flavour of the appetizers surprised us the most. We loved the spicy edamame and the yellowtail sashimi was super fresh. The sushi was also very fresh and had good portions. We would love to come back here!

This is by far the best Japanese restaurant in the area. We read so many positive reviews about this restaurant so we decided to give this place a try. We were not disappointed! The staff is so friendly and attentive. They demonstrate excellent customer service. The restaurant is so spacious, very clean and just overall perfect place for a relaxing lunch or dinner dates. We ordered about 8 dishes in the menu and they were cooked and prepared to perfection. I didn’t get the chance to take pics of appetizers as we devoured them the moment they landed on our table haha but I took a snap of the ones we loved — the Kane Salad, miso soup, and pork bao buns. The pork bun is to die for! This is our new date-night to-go place! Im glad it’s so close to home! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The entire place was awesome!! I came here and the food was scrumptious and excellent. I strongly suggest those in NJ to go try their ramen and sushi because from my experience it was amazing! The area was clean, the employees were nice and overall everything was great!! Highly suggest this area!!

Ordered takeout from Yuzu, the food was excellent, quantity was decent and price was reasonable. The scallion pancake was very authentic and nostalgic. Sushi was fresh and well portioned. Would definitely visit again.

Few suggestions for the restaurant:

1) Consider bagging cold vs hot food separately, my hot food was bagged with sushi and salad so the temperature was not the best when I opened it

2) The bao buns, which was fantastic, was overly sauced in the to go container and ended up making it soggy on the bottom and harder to eat, perhaps a different container to fit them better or keeping the sauce separate might help
