“Food is good, some staff is friendly, the place was empty and waited 15 minutes to be sat because no one was at the front. Here the person who was to seat us was too busy talking behind the counter to other employees about personal issues. And although the place was empty the food still took a long time to come out. We even got our appetizers with our food that we waited an hour for and only had one drink because we requested for refills when our food came out and never got them. But I will say the fastest part of our visit was getting the check.”

“Very fast service, the waitress was wonderful. Ordered the porterhouse (medium) but only one part was cooked medium. The other parts were at well done. Temperature of food was not very warm either. Ordered a side of mash potatoes with bacon and cheddar cheese and it was almost cold.”

Every table was dirty, there was trash on the floor and the ladies room toilet was clogged and overflowing. 4 people observed working, 2 were waiting on customers, the other two cleaning and prepping. One of the two in the back should have spent 10 minutes getting the dining room customer ready. However, the staff was friendly, patient and attentive.”

“Service here lacked the certain "pep" you traditionally get at Taco Bell. I waited for 10 minutes behind a woman who felt the need to rant about how Grub Hub had erroneously cancelled her order mid-delivery. Still, she left happy and smiling with $300 worth of tacos in tow. As for me, the Rattle Snake Fries were delightful and I found them just the right level of caliente for my tawdry taste buds. As expected, I consumed my meal and ventured home in just enough time to re-glaze my porcelain throne”
