Phở Ha Bac

I tried the #2 Combination beef noodle soup, fried spring rolls, shrimp summer rolls and Vietnamese coffee so far.

The beef noodle soup was beautiful, the meats had nice texture, thinly sliced. Noodles were tender and the broth was amazing. This was one of the better Pho soups I’ve had. The only thing that I felt was missing was bean sprouts and limes on the side for flavor, not sure if this is traditional to do or not.

The shrimp summer rolls were awesome, the lettuce you can tell is thoroughly cleaned and shrimps were deveined. This is often overlooked in other restaurants. The Vietnamese coffee was on point with what I’ve had while serving overseas.

Easy convenient take out. Very delicious and authentic vietnamese food. The pho broth is to die for!

The signature Bánh mì was very good. The pickled vegetables just made it even better. Additionally the staff was very nice and friendly. Hoping and praying that they’ll be successful because their food is so good. Definitely would eat here again.
