Fast and efficient service

On sunday afternoon i had an issue with my food being cold&in the 7 eleven app they have pop ups that ask yu to rate yur expierence and it just so happened that the day i had a problem i got to rate it. i ended up giving 1 or 2 stars and i vented about the situation. Today "tuesday" the manager approached me in the store && sincerley apologized for the quality of my food on sunday. He ended up fixing the problem. It made me feel good&&also bad at the same time. I felt good because now i know that hes reading reviews and he actually cares about how myself and others view the store, and hes also awesome in terms of fixing the issues at hand. Now i feel bad for the negative review that i left because i never sat back and thought about it. It wasnt the stores fault and it wasnt even the guy that made my food that day's fault. It was the ignorant kid that answered the phone that day when i ordered my stuff over the phone. He was in a rush to leave and didnt even inform the cashier that i had called. The cashier was only trying to make them as fast as possible for us. Change is hard for me to adjust to but I'm starting to get used to the new staff/management and honnestly theyre not bad at all?? Mt Ephriam 7 eleven is always fast&always fresh and i sincerely appoligize for leaving a poor review that day bc 1 bad day shouldnt get in the way of 6 good days?
