The Library II is an institution in Voorhees. I went there when I was in college and I am retirement age right now. The place is dark with walls lined with all kinds of hard covered books that are dark as well. It is a great date place because it can be very intimate. But it also has a large bar with plenty of seating so you can hang out there with friends.If you want, you can also eat at the bar.
The signature dishes are their steaks. Delicious! The ordering process allows you to see the steak and get the exact size and cut you want. It is expensive if you go the steak or lobster tail route but it is worth it. All regular menu items come with their famous salad bar featuring many varieties of salad items, a variety of breads that you slice yourself, cheeses and fruits and lots more. But if you want a baked potato or sauteed mushrooms on the side, it is extra.
They also have a happy hour Mon-Fri. 3:30pm-6pm. Happy Hour features items like their famous salad bar, several appetizers and other menu items as well as drink specials; all at nicely reduced prices.
If you like traditional steak and salad bar places that have great bars and lots of variety, you really need to be a regular at this place.

The best beef... God it's heavenly! So tender it melts in your mouth & feels like a pillow! Cooked to perfection! The salad bar is a meal in its own! So worth it!

This is my fiance's favorite steak place so when we wanted to celebrate, it was a no brainier. As always, the steak was great. We don't come here often, but when we want a good steak it's always on the shortlist

Had A Birthday Party for my Sister. 12 of us. It was absolutely Superb. Excellent Service. Great Food. Everybody loved it and had a great time.

Have eaten here many times over the past 35 years and always enjoyed the food. Particularly the salad bar. It's the best salad bar ever. We moved out of state but flew back for the holidays. We decided to meet friends for dinner here tonight and was really looking forward to it. The salad bar was again, the best. However the shrimp cocktail was horrible. Usually their shrimp were large, firm and flavorful. These were not any of those things! Prices are higher but I don't mind paying higher prices for good food. To say I was underwhelmed with the shrimp is an understatement. I hope they are better on my next trip or sadly it could very well be my last trip.
