McDonald's

It's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting, but the long wait times at the drive thru need to be improved upon.

When I first ordered my meal before sitting down I went to fill my cup & the soda I wanted was out, so I went and let an employee know the root beer was out. I was also with a 2 year old and waited for her to finish her happy meal before leaving (about 15 minutes). Before leaving I went to refill my drink & the soda still had not been replaced. The store was fairly dead and more then enough tine had passed for some1 to replace it. However I did not complain I just asked at the counter for them to refill it. I then stood there for more then 5 minutes, kinda confused what was taking so long. The kid returned with the soda and appologised saying that it was out in the back as well so he had to change it out and thats what took so long. I just feel normally at any other fast food restaurant when you let someone know at the front counter one of the sodas is out they almost immediately replace it. I'm not one to complain but figured I'd give my honest opinion on my experience there that time.

Only stopped at this location while Christmas shopping. Wanted to get a quick light breakfast with my daughter. We only got breakfast burritos (all I usually get for breakfast so I'm quite accustomed to them.) They were fine but not as good as I'm used to. Admittedly it was a little crowded that day and service was still quick so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and will try again.
