Nice restaurant good food and service
Great Italian food, in a comfortable setting. Everyone at our table was happy with their meals. BYOB is a plus. The service is top notch and very experienced.
Never expect much from food at the shore so Fuze was a welcome change to that. My only issue with Fuze which is the se as all the places along the strip is they feel a bit prefab. Has nothing to do with the restaurant though. Just the nature of the beast with all of those places.
Went with my family for the last night of our vaca. We started with the Ciambotta and a salad with goat cheese, walnuts and something else... Forgot the name of it. Both were excellent. Nice combination of veggies in the Ciambotta and the seasoning was spot on. Even my niece tried it and liked it. For the main course I had the veal and eggplant. Both were very tender and seasoned just enough. The sauce was the standout and tied them both together. If I could tell you the flavors I would. Even my sister commented that it was good. She had the Halibut that was done perfectly. My niece had the chicken parm which was definitely ample portion wise. Mom got the homemade pasta with her seafood dish (various crustaceans and shellfish). Said it was worth the $4 up charge to get the homemade pasta. And you can't order the homemade pasta on its own or as a side, only as an up charge on an entree. So if the table wants to share it, just get the basic garlic and oil or marinara entree and get the homemade pasta for sharing. Also ordered the broccoli rabe as a side. Also cooked and seasoned well.
Desserts were also perfect as we were all ice cream'd out. We shared the chocolate pot de creme. Very good. Firmer and much better than a pudding with the caramel layer to boot. Also shared some ice cream with a chocolate shell, cherries in the middle and something something. Needed to sit a for a good five minutes to warm up a touch.
The four of us with four entrees, a side, two apps and three desserts and coffee made it out of there at a little over $200. Well worth it.
Our waiter Luigi was great too, knowledgable and personable. Look forward to going back next year.
Service AND food was great. Grilled swordfish prepared just right.
Salads are designed to share.
