We have be coming here for years, the food is prepared in an upscale manner and the service is excellent. This restaurant is also a BYOB venue which allows you to bring your favorite wine. The location is at the base of Hotel Macomber across the street from the beach area. If you come early you can sit on the outside deck with rockers and people watch and enjoy the evening. The owners is very attentive to it's guest and offers one of the best service for find dining in Cape May. During Summer hour parking can be a challenge with the crowds, just search the local streets and don't forget to feed the meters. If you are staying at the Congress Hall youa re in walking distance from the Hotels and Washington Square in Cape May.
Always a great meal. Between here 4 or 5 times and its always delicious. This time it was restaurant week, but you could also order from the regular menu. I got the duck beast and it was fantastic. Service was good as always.
We love Union Park. Ok we love the Early Bird!
We are not usually early bird people but the one here is outstanding. For $35 you get a choice of an appetizer, entree and dessert. We actually like the same dishes here so we both get the crab soup, braised short ribs and we do get two different desserts so we can share. The portions are full size, not common with specials. It is a BYOB restaurant and they have wonderful deck to enjoy dinner of sit on rocking chairs to finish your bottle.
This is a great location for fine dining. The dishes are unique and flavorful. Portions are on the large side for an upscale restaurant. They have a large number of specials, so repeatedly visiting wouldn't be boring.
The staff was attentive, without being too chatty.
Atmosphere was pleasant and quaint. Food was perfectly cooked and it is BYOB but we forgot and bought a bottle of the local vineyards wine. The sides were a lot of fun - anchovies, crab lump, risotto. Very mellow and quiet. Very old school and classy. Highly recommend
