Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Amazing ice and custard. Madison and Avery were a great help, getting my group what they wanted as quickly as possible. Such hard working staff, and they were so polite. Will visit again!

Came in for a quick cone with my husband on the way back to my hotel. The only thing I would say about sanitation and cleanliness is the overwhelming amount of flies coming in and out of the garbage and flying all over ya. Maybe hang a fly sticky trap or something cause, yuck! But it happens. The place otherwise is pretty clean and extremely busy. I went early so there wasnt any line. Only complaint from someone who doesnt come to Rita's really...ever....is when a customer asks for a specific flavor, reply yes and THEN comment that theres a sign with other flavors. The girl behind the counter with the huge eyeliner wings *no name tag* who was working alone Saturday August 11th 2018 seemed almost annoyed when I asked if they had mango. She replied *word for word*
"The flavors are up there" rather than answering an extremely simple question.
If you dont like your job girlie, find a new one! Other than that the cone was great!

Friendly staff. Great product. Quick service. Went here 3 times during our vacation and the service, staff and product were all consistent. Recommended for families on Vacation.

A pleasant place to get, and eat ice cream, or water ice. A little room to eat inside, or you can take your purchase on the go. You can get your ice cream in a cup, or cone.

Ritas always has consistent creamy custard mix. Delicious homemade water ice. Their feature flavors like birthday cake and swedish fish are a hit with the kids! Lines can be long sometimes but it's worth the wait. No krunch kote
