This was our second stay at the Queen Victoria for my wife's birthday. We had such a great time last year that we had to come back. The rooms are decorated with their own unique style but very appropriate to the Victorian period. The staff is incredible! They even remembered us from last year. They go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable and are very accommodating to helping you with any needs or booking a reservation to a great local restaurant. The location couldn't be any better as you are within walking distance to the beach or shopping and restaurants. It's such a great place to go for a weekend or short getaway because the environment is so relaxing! If you visit Cape May and don't book at the Queen Victoria, you are missing a large part of your vacation experience! I rated them 5 stars but if I could I would give them 10 stars!
We come every year! . It never disappoints us. Monica is the best! My sister Donna and her husband come with us as well. We love it!!!! Monica always has time for us! She’s like family to us! Rooms are beautiful and always very clean! We love all the beautiful buildings on the property! Especially the porches. We look forward to to next years vacation at Queen Victoria! ❤️
We went here for our mini honeymoon and loved it so much! The room was amazing and all the houses were so beautiful. The breakfast was so delicious as well and the whole vibe was just amazing! The innkeeper and maintenance guy were super friendly and accommodating... seriously all of the staff was! We felt like royalty staying there lol! It was so clean, luxurious and upkept while still keeping the historic part of it alive. We love the Victorian era vibe as we love history a lot! We're definitely going to be back again!!
Calling all followers of the life and works created by Charles Dickens!! We just recently stayed in the lovely, cozy and historic room dedicated to Charles Dickens! There were pictures, decor and a wonderful tribute all throughout The Queen Victoria. The staff made us feel so welcome that it was hard to say goodbye.. The afternoon teas provided, the excellent breakfasts served, the open pantry amenities and complimentary sherry by the fireplace made the entire stay such a wonderful experience. The Queen Victoria is also at a prime location in every direction. It's right by the beach, shopping and great restaurants. We will definitely be returning for another stay soon. Thank you for such a wonderful time and we highly recommend a visit.
Just had a lovely three night stay in the Lord Melbourne room, House of Royals. Everything was very clean and the room well appointed. Love the hot beverage station in the room with a selection of K-cups, tea, hot chocolate as well as the pantry on the second floor with bottled water and soda. The breakfast buffet was nice and had good selection of items. The Inn is centrally located and the only negative is no on-site parking. Every morning we were asked if everything was acceptable with our room, which it was.
