Great food must try while at the point

For what it is, a beach snack bar (you order at the window), it is 5 star. We look forward to riding our bikes here and getting breakfast every year and it is consistently excellent. The bagel sandwich is the best I've had. Good bread, a real egg, tasty bacon, and a big piece of cheese. Much better than a commercial chain. Obviously, extra points for a good view (there is a good amount of seating) and good service, but this is a great stop for a quick and tasty breakfast. You can easily spend a whole morning checking out Diamond Beach, the two stores, mini golf and the WWII look out tower.

I'm giving The Grille at Sunset Beach 4 stars, not because it's gourmet or fine-dining, but because it's fun and fits in so well here.
Sunset Beach is kind of a quirky little location, but the only place to go for the best souvenirs, hunt for Cape May "Diamonds" view the last remains of the wreck of the Concrete Ship and watch the ferries cross.
So while you're there, this ramshackle little grill just seems to beckon one in for a 'dog, burger or milkshake while overlooking the beach. And the breeze is fabulous!
