    The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the service is great. portions are ample to satisfy the most hungriest of lumber jacks

    This waffle House is a local favorite for breakfast on the weekends and to visitors to the area on Sundays after church. If you don't like Large crowds, avoid Sunday morning breakfast! Otherwise, the food is pretty good-typical diner quality. The prices were a little above average, but I'm told they are being LOWERED! Finally, the service is usually above average in speed, accuracy, and hospitality. Overall, I recommendation Mel's for breakfast, brunch, or lunch if you're in the area!
