Such a wonderful experience! The service was outstanding amd the Nutella French toast was amazing! Cant wait til i can get back there!
Under new management. Food is well prepared. Staff is always pleasent, we will be eating here more often
Good food good ppl I been going here my whole! They help my family when my niece passed away. They are just all around great people! The Rio Diner is my whole family's go to place. I talking parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents & every one else! No lie! I don't care, what people say about this place NO ONE can talk us away from the Rio Diner! I'm not related not paid just truly grew up eating here. Now 31 and just had breakfast for God knows the number time with my mom before bible study.
The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. But they don't carry herbal teas or have any smoked fish on their breakfast menu. But I would definitely recommend this place.
I usually love this place but had not so great experience last time I was there. It was about 8:30 at night there were only about 10 people in the place so it wasn't busy. I had ordered the mini slam which was one scrambled egg, bacon, French toast and a side of toast. When you get toast they put soft butter on it in the kitchen and it usually comes back dripping with butter. This time the butter didn't melt because the toast was ice cold. Eggs were just warm enough to eat. And the French toast was marginal as well but the Center was cold. No one asked how the food was at all and when I told the waitress when she brought the check, she just said I'm sorry and left the check. Didn't ask if I wanted more hot toast, didn't offer to take the price of the toast off the bill, nothing. In fact, I left there hungry and had to go home and get something to eat so that was a complete waste of time and my money. Now unless something has changed this is not the norm because I rarely had any issues when I eat at the diner. But I couldn't let this one go without saying something.
