    Used the drive through at the RT 9 Rio Grande location after ordering via the app. Order wasn't ready (place was crazy busy) so we parked and they brought the order out when it was ready. Never had that type of service at other Starbucks. The barista was friendly.

    The staff were friendly and efficient. Lines are very very long and the place is very busy, the staff is as fast as possible, but there will be a wait. They do a great job of enforcing the pandemic rules.

    My son and I went for a quick bite to eat and a drink. We enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant and he enjoyed a strawberry acai drink while I enjoyed a blended strawberry lemonade. We did drive-thru servicewhere they're asking you to wear a mask but we were fine with that and the staff was friendly and quick.

    Not the fastest service but they are really trying. Will definitely be coming back every time I’m in the area.
