Jersey Shore classic! I've been coming here since I was a little kid and I always love it. Classic American breakfast fair. If you come in the Fall, their pumpkin pancakes are amazing. Fast service too.
We have been coming to Uncle Bill's for 30 years...the SH renovation was needed and it makes your dining experience so much nicer. Our waitresses were efficient, attentive and just delightful. The pancakes are delicious and never disappoint! Its worth the money! I would highly recommend to all!
Uncle Bill's is a happening place for breakfast, early lunch. They are packed from opening to closed.
There is only street parking available. Pay the meter or you will be ticketed.
They cook everything to order.... omelettes are out of this world. The place is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly considering they are all summer help.
One great breakfast.
Prices are reasonable.
Hands down, they have the best pancakes I've ever tasted. I try pacakes at almost every breakfast place, but nothing compares with theirs. I've been going there since I was a kid and always get the chocolate chip pancakes. Highly recommend it. Yea, it's a little pricey, but it's shore prices. Imagine running a business that is only open 5 months of the year. There may be a wait, so try going in the off hours (early or late breakfast). Even if you have to wait, they are very quick and serve you amazing fast. It's definitely kid friendly. The kids get their own Uncle Bill's souvenir cup.
The service at uncle Bill's is always friendly and fast. They do have 2 gluten free options as far as pancakes and oatmeal. I was able to order home fries (fried) and plain wheat toast (being vegan). The 16 dollar pancakes are a hit with the others in my family and plenty to share between them.
