“It's a little expensive, but that's just Stone Harbor. Can't get a better view of the sunset on the bay while eating dinner. Margs are good and the food is good. Can get SUPER crowded but everyone wants that bay view.”

“We reserved a table for two at 5PM on Christmas Day. We arrived 10 minutes early but were seated immediately by a delightful wait staff Kim. The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. We started with the cornbread, followed by soup, clam chowder best I have ever eaten, my husband had tomato soup which he described as a perfect blend and taste. I had the grilled seafood platter which was excellent and my husband had NY steak filet cooked to perfection. For dessert we shared an apple cheesecake which was creamy and delicious. The service was excellent, food delivery superior and beautiful end to Christmas Day.”

“Great pizza. Crust and topping were perfect. Best pizza in area. Pizza had great taste and not heavy or greasy. Pizza is light and just makes you want to eat the whole pie or fight for the last slice. Ordered take out but looking forward to eating in. Establishment decorated very nicely.”

“Wanted to let the folks at Stone Harbor and Avalon what an amazing dining experience that I had at Kitchen 330 during the 4th of July week. Kitchen 330 is right up there with most of the top restaurants in the Washington, DC area where I live. The food, service and atmosphere is second to none. I had the pleasure to meet one of the owners (Debbie) and the chief who spent some time with us at our table. Five stars all the way around.”

“Easily the most underrated sandwich shop on 7mi island. I can't wait to grab some FRESH sandwiches this summer. Their cheesesteaks are top teir, compare them with any of your favorite Philly cheesesteaks. Great outdoor seating. Staff is super friendly. Prices are probably the best on the island when looking at value for your $. Breakfast sandwiches are great too. MAD D'S FOR THE WIN”

“We chose Mack's on the fly before heading back home and was pleasantly surprised! I appreciated that the restaurant was so laid back! It is a "Seat Yourself" establishment. There were 6 of us and we found seats quickly. The sodas are self serve and include free refills for the larger size. All the menu items priced include sales tax. They do offer pizza by the slice. On the money scale I'd say it's $$-$$$ The prices are reasonable and the service is fast! The six of us (2 adults and 4 teenagers) opted for 3 of the "My Pie" pizzas. Two ppl per pizza and six drinks came to $47. We were very happy with the cost. This establishment is cash only. (No ATM was seen on site).”

“Dino does it right!!! We live in Delaware and came to Avalon to salvage our vacation after being evacuated from Myrtle Beach. On our last night there we happened to walk by and decided that Borghi’s By the Bay was a nice quite place to have dinner on the covered porch with our 2 year old daughter. The service was friendly and the food was AMAZING, especially the scallops. They were cooked perfectly while the salmon had great flavor and balance. Spoke with Dino who was extremely friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!”
