The triple charcoal grill trailer is parked right in front, and you can smell heaven from half a mile away. In the food truck are two of the nicest guys you'll meet today. And one of them is the Big Boy himself. Have a chat with him about sauces - there are a couple to choose from. Each is superb, but if you're having ribs, definitely go with the mango pepper sauce. Like the sign says, The Big Boys offer fish, sausage, ribs and shrimp. Haven't tried a sub, but it sounds tempting. Shrimp are huge. Dinner is served in a 3-section clamshell, runs $10 - $15.
