Red Lobster

Food was so delicious!!!! Our waiter was a total sweetheart and kept an eye on us the whole night. Was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose what we wanted. I havent been to a Red Lobster in 20years, but after that experience I will definitely need to return!

I wish the manager would educate servers on how to speak to and greet guests. I could hear 2 servers plus our server all referring to guests as "guys". Makes me crazy along with the phrase "no problem".
"Hi. How are you?" Is appropriate English for multiple people at one table. The word you is plural as well as singular.

When the server returns for a 2 bite check back , "excuse me, I wanted to know if everything is okay and of you need anything else at this time." Not "hi guys everything okay?" And when you ask for more tartar sauce the response is not "no problem". Of course it is not a problem, I am paying for it. The answer is "certainly".

My meal was good. My drinks were good. I would have totally given 5 stars but to be referred to as "guys" not once or twice but a total of 14 times in one meal was absolutely frustrating not to mention insulting since we are a male and female (who actually took time to do her hair and put make up on) couple.
