Excellent food that is fairly priced. I had the peanut butter pancakes, and even when full had to take a few more bites because they were that delicious. Service was decent too, considering it was a 5am visit.
Amazing "Scallops Roma". Attractive presentation. Scallops were properly grilled to a moist and charred perfection... with crisp asparagus and tasty risotto.
This was my 1st visit here. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. I also picked up baklava for dessert, which looked amazing. I gave it 4 stars because 2 of the meals came with dessert, but the waitress didn't ask other members in our party if they wanted dessert.
Typical NJ diner comfort food here. The menu has a very large selection of dining choices in for breakfast, lunch and dinner and prices are reasonable with many daily specials in each category. There is a glass dessert display case at the counter near the entrance filled with various options: cheesecakes, cookies, baklava and cupcakes. Overall the food tasted just “okay”, the dessert did not taste freshly made and the waitstaff seemed disinterested. They offer takeout and there are plenty of table /booth areas for seated service. The restaurant and restrooms are clean and there are parking spaces provided on the sides and in the back of the diner.
Food is GREAT!! Staff is wonderful except the waitress from Hell! E..a, is NOT a nice person. She's rude and talks at you, not to you. I believe she's a bit prejudice. The way she treated us compared to other customers. Looked like she was irritated she had to serve us. We were ready to just up and leave until Danny came and took care of us. What a difference in personalities!! He showed concern and care and treated us like human beings. We've been here quite a few times before and never had been treated as such. Nevada is really a nice diner for families and friends. They need to be careful about the people they hire. This place is truly a 5* place, but not with service like that.
