I got the chance to check out 7 Doors Down and it did not disappoint. I come from a culinary background so i knew as soon as i walked in i was going to have a great meal. The ambience is divine, the service was so professional and my favorite part was the open kitchen concept. Ive traveled to many places and seeing this in my tiny town made me so happy. For years Bloomfield has needed a restaurant like this. 10/10 would recommend and go back. The Peruvian infusion was an amazing touch.

Epic Ramen / Peruvian / Ceviche / Tapas joint run by the masterminds who brought Detroit style pizza to Bloomfield. Say What? There's fusion and fusion happening here and I don't care because everything is original and delicious. Lots of depths of flavor with eclectic influence. The atmosphere is chill and hip and food is different (in the best way possible). We had the coconut shrimp bao buns and the duck ramen and both were as tasty as they sound and then some. I can't wait to go back to voyage the rest of their menu.

Amazing experience from the welcoming and chill vibes to the excellent and well thought out food.
We ordered the bao bun coconut shrimp and ate it too quick to take a pic it was delicate, flavorful and just perfect. The shrimp ceviche, potatoes, and ramen were also excellent and full of depths of flavor.

PS- I just read that they own Blue Steel Pizza Co. right in the area; we ate there also and it was amazing! Not surprised it’s the same ownership.

Another amazing addition to downtown Bloomfield. We love the sister restaurant Blue Steel Pizza Company and were beyond excited to hear they were starting a new concept literally 7 Doors Down from their other spot. The staff at 7 doors down was amazing. From the hostesses when you walked in, to the servers with the description of the concept, menu knowledge and how unbelievably nice they all were, you couldn't feel more comfortable. The chef is so talented and after being in Manhattan/Brooklyn for so many years, having a top tier chef in this area is so awesome. Make your way down to Bloomfield folks, we have amazing places to eat and these guys own both.

We had an amazing time last night at the soft opening for 7 Doors Down! I really love how the space is set up. When we came in for our reservation we were greeted by the hostess at her counter which was by itself in a dark, cool, moody almost hotel lobby type area so you cannot see into the rest of the restaurant. Then we were escorted partially though the open kitchen on the way to our table which I loved and it really set the vibe of the space. Our server Leigh was wonderful and made great recommendations for us when ordering. We had the Crab Sando, Cold Sesame Noodles, OG Ceviche, and Salmon Tiradito as starters. They were all delicious and fresh and had wonderful flavors. Then we had a ramen course where we ordered the Duck Ramen and the BLT Ramen, both were great but the Duck Ramen was outstanding. The broth was rich and flavorful and hits every savory craving that you look for in a big bowl of ramen. We finished off with both of the desserts that were available, a milk froth pudding with honeysuckle tapioca and a charred cheesecake with matcha and smokey caramel, it was the perfect sweet note to end our dining experience. I can’t wait to come back after the grand opening to experience the full menu!
