Injera

Very good taste. I wish they could have a proper Dine in type service instead of a box type self service. I've been trying to reach them over the phone, goes to VM. Stopped by couple of times, restaurant seems closed permanently or temporarily.

I love Ethiopian food and so when I found out there was a fast food Ethiopian place I hopped on my broomstick and hastened there. The place pwned by a very charming Mr. Richard is a chipotle style establishment which wants to bring a nutritious quick meal to people as well as educate people about this cuisine:

The injera bread is as sour and spongy as it's supposed to be and is perfect to soak the flavors of the lentils veggies and meat Tibbs

I had the yellow and orange lentils with chicken tibbs and also managed to steal some garlicky spinach of my husband's plate.

Food is vegan, vegetarian friendly

My only wish is that they go crazy authentic with their flavors and not try and mute them for the general population.

Don't let anyone dull your sparkle guys !

Pls do go there and regularly be a patron. Would love to see more places with heart and soul be more successful

Injera is clean and has a minimalistic feel to it. The food was seasoned well and the portions were great for me (I had leftovers). The pricing is fair for the amount of food you will receive. I also like the concept of a quick, grab & go Ethiopian spot in the area.

Stopped by yesterday with my family ate inside for the first time, I have to say the portion size is perfect for what I paid for including the freshness although one side lacked a little flavor that is okay. Everything else had heartwarming flavors. I'm very excited for this place highly recommended visiting this place.
