Hokkaido Noodle and Roll

I got a veggie sushi burrito and veggie ramen to go. Both were delicious. They put the broth separate so I can add it to the bowl before eating. Lots of veggies and noodles. Definitely stopping by again when I'm in the area.

The sushi burrito was really good and I liked the atmosphere and people as well. Overall, I am not completely sold on loving the burrito concept because it is super messy. Also, I was not a fan of how they served it in a red fish basket ... it did not mesh well. It was a nice experience, just not a go to food for me.

It's good to see that poke is finally making its way to New Jersey. Though I'm not sure that this place really competes with NYC poke spots in terms of bang for your buck, it definitely satisfies my poke craving until the next time I can get to the city.

I got a burrito from here and I really like the purple multi-grain rice that they use. With the burrito (and the bowl) you get a choice of one protein, 4 mix-ins, any sauce, and any crunch. I went with the fresh salmon which was great quality along with mango, cucumber, seaweed salad, and red cabbage. I love the combination of sweet, crunch, and tart.
