Nikko Hibachi Steak House And Lounge

The kids love it here. The host (not sure of his name, but it's always the same guy) is awesome. We've been there with lines out the door l, and he never turns people away....he is very acomodating.

Tasty food grilled right in front of you and entertaining chefs are the highlights for me. All around the grill, children and adults interacted with the chef, who drew out the shyest kids with humor and fun. Definitely family friendly and worth a visit.

The people are very nice and we had a reservation on New Years Eve and it was very crowded but we got seated at the time of our reservation. The food is very good but they use a lot of soy sauce. I highly recommend making a reservation before you go.

We have been here several times in that past. Very tasty meal but the portions were smaller and I believe the pricing has increased. Possibly under new ownership? Also, the side room we were placed within had awful ventilation. Very, very smoky. The hoods were not clearing the smoke well enough. Lastly, they began playing techno/house music midway through our meal. Not sure what that was about.

Hibachi was great. A lot of fun with the family. However, bar was very disappointing. Happy hour menu says it's until 7pm, yet ten minutes to 6 we were told happy hour just ended. When we showed the bartender our phone that there was still time, we were told it was only for drinks, not food. My husband and I frequent many restaurants for their happy hours and have never experienced this before. This was a huge turn off tonight and will not be returning to this restaurant.
