    Our waiter Kevin was great. He's a funny cat. The food it self could have been better but not the worst. The 4 stars is because of Kevin's service.

    Waiting time is not long. Clean. Customer service is good. Food always served hot.

    The food was fine, but it took 45 minutes to receive service and was only asked if I needed drinks, then an extra 20 minutes for my food order. I also received a meal that I did not order. I was so hungry that I didn't even bother to take it back. I waited long enough to get a glass of water, so I didn't want to spend the rest of my life waiting on an omelette. My tip reflected the service I received.

    Atmosphere was lively, even though it was past midnight. Service and food were both great, and we were served and treated with politeness, much appreciated. Definitely my favorite IHOP now!
