“First time at Top Taste and although I was sad that they didn't serve stewed pork, my favorite, the ox tails didn't disappoint and at a decent price. The menu offerings, served mostly in mini, small and large sizes, are west Indian and cover breakfast to dinner as well as appetizers, deserts and drinks. Uber eats option is also a plus. The staff were super friendly and always smiling. The place is small, clean, well lit with no tables, chairs, bar, stools or benches. There wasn't a restroom that I could see. Nice to see a place like this tucked away in this area of Newark. Will definitely be visiting again!”

“Asked for advice from a brilliant foodie friend, this was what was recommended for KBBQ next to Picnic Garden. There were a million, like a legit million, side dishes/appetizers. It was crazy, that's worth a whole star on its own. My mom was actually really excited to only eat the appetizers. I liked it-- this was my favorite part (the rest of my review goes downhill from here, but it is really me and not the place). Although there doesn't seem to be a lot of servers-- they are pretty darn efficient, and by efficient I meant that the meats never burnt up and food came at a timely matter. However, tea wasn't refilled often enough (we drank a lot though). I think I'm just not really a KBBQ kind of person, because I really only liked one meat (it's the B13 by the way, completely forgot what it is called due to goldfish memory)-- so it was difficult to choose other foods, but we had so many appetizers NEED I REALLY CHOOSE?! To summarize: It was a decent meal, prices were normal, A LOT OF APPETIZERS.”

“I heard many people they had bad complains this shop, but they still want to eat what the shop serve because it is good cook and clean. My require are not only clean but also good taste, and here they have both. So, the problem is if you want to get the food, you should and usually spent 10-15' to wait to your turn order. Is they good job? I ' m not sure, one thing I know is the first time I bought chicken fried here and I do not want eat any chicken in my home.”
