(November 18, 2018, 12:41 am)We go here pretty regularly and normally I’d rate a 4 or 5. Prompted to make this review based on a recent visit. The kitchen/prep activity was disappointing. 20 wings came with 17. Got the remaining 3 wings after we paid and were leaving. The tables around us were having similar issues. Pizza wasn’t as well done or piping hot as usual. Was VERY thankful for the exceptional service of our server (Jerry), other service staff and the greeters. My kids still love this place. I understand when it’s busy, things can get bumpy. I trust management recognizes these gaps and will find a way to improve. Again, usually great food and service, so most certainly will be visiting again, but likely for lunch or less busy dinner times. And will gladly update this rating as we see improvement.
