(June 18, 2018, 8:41 pm)The Cariage House was a delightful find prior to our Papermill Theater plans. Bartender Giovanna was fun, knowledgable and professional. We enjoyed glasses of an excellent Pinot Noir and, at Giovanna's suggestion, tried their delicious English pea soup with a dollop of creme fraiche and a hard roll with butter. Absolutely perfect lunch in a lovely cozy restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit.

(February 9, 2018, 2:22 pm)Good food . The butternut squash soup was sooo tasty. Wonderful servers especially Giovanna and Rosemary. They are very attentive to the diners they are serving.
