Food/steaks where wonderful, and all I expected.
The service on the other hand was poor. Perhaps because it was a Sunday evening.?
The waiter forgot items that where ordered. We only saw him 3 times. First to take our order, then to bring our order and then with the bill. Never checked in to see how our meal was. We saw the manager checking in with other tables, and neglecting to check in with us. I have visited other R.C locations in the past and found the experience to be vastly superior.

We didn’t have reservations but were quickly seated at a private booth in the bar area. Our server was slammed with customers but she was beyond attentive and wonderful. The food was all absolutely mouth-watering. I have been to other locations, but this location is close and convenient - and hopefully with time, this horrible labor shortage will be over. I can only imagine how awesome this place will be when it has the workers it needs. In the meantime, it was still a beautiful night, and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a truly great experience here the other night. Our server Dee could not have been more lovely and professional! We had 3 birthday girls at the table and she was kind enough to bring a little dessert out for each of them. The food was absolutely delicious, the service amazing and the new space is really beautiful. Overall was a great experience, and a giant thank you to Dee!

I can not go with out saying that this place was awesome. The serves by waitress Cristal R was fantastic. She made sure that each course was timed and not rushed. Her recommendation on drinks and appetizers were on point. The food was so delicious. I will definitely be back here.
Note: We were also surprised of the fantastic service with this location has only been opened for two weeks.

Beautiful location. Went on Grand Opening of Shorthills, NJ Location and everyone was extra friendly. Our Waiter Charles was magnificent, professional, helpful and thoughtful in how he served us and recommended food options and drinks. We came as a family with our 10 yr old daughter and it was great for us and her. Their kids menu is simple but good enough. CHARLES, thank you for making our 1st time to RC memorable.
