Mercato Tomato Pie

Warm, eclectic interior. The moment I saw the coal fired oven, I knew good food was in my future. The crust is absolutely perfect, thin, light, airy with a hint of coal flavor and the perfect doneness to add a little depth to the flavor which balances out the tomato sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Portions are generous but don’t feel too heavy. Wonderful meal!

Huge portion sizes with decent flavour. Perfect pre-hockey pit stop. The take out would be great for team dinners. The fried eggplant was great with a nice honey drizzle. The pizza is wood fired with a nice crust of you're looking for a non NY Style pie.

Very good tomato pie style pizza. Service is usually good to very good. Other items like salads and pastas are very good as well.

Delicious pizza, maybe due to their oven, it’s different than a regular pizzeria. Staff were friendly and attentive. It can get busy when there’s event in the Prudential Center. Open and airy atmosphere. Street parking.

This place had great service and decent drinks. The salad was decent and a good size for 2 people. The calamari was really good but was made much better with the marinara sauce... Now, I ordered wings with buffalo sauce, but my sister got wings with no sauce at all. The buffalo wings are not very good. The plain sauce free wings are awesome. So good... I didn't rate too poorly bc this is a tomato pie/pizza place so we didn't eat what they are noted for. My sister has had their pizza and she thinks it's good.
