The impossible burgers are delicious! I just wish they were prepared more quickly. I ordered agead of time on the app but the order wasn't ready within the time period promised by the app - I had to wait an extra 10 minutes

First time going to a whitecastle. Was so much better than the already delicious frozen options. As well, the staff was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thanks guys, you all rocked!

It was great the line were a little long in drive through because it was New years what I really liked the most was that my food was made to order nice and hot crispy fries and my chocolate shake was chocolatey just the same as it was when I was a kid.rich and thick I can't say that I've ever gone to burger king or McDonald's and have gotten a burger that hot off the grill the customer service was equally as pleasing just thinking about that hot cheassy burger I had last night makes me want to take another trip there right now but unfortunately I have a pot on the stove. I be there tomorrow for lunch hey guys take a trip and stop buy right now they have a sale 10 cheesy sack of burgers for 7.99 plus tax

Used to be my go-to spot. Food quality great, staff fast and friendly. Not sure what happened recently, but my last 3 visits (over roughly 3 weeks), I have pulled out of the drive thru line after 5 or more minutes of not being helped. Understandable in a rush situation, but when there's only 2 or 3 cars in line, you shouldn't be crippled. I hope to be able to restore the 4th star, and remove the unpleasant review after my next visit.
