(June 26, 2018, 11:43 pm)I have seen Kaedama from the window of the United Club in terminal C1 and have wanted to eat there for a year.
This Saturday I had the opportunity to watch the World Cup, have great service and good food. Here is what is key... the side near Gate C80
Great service. Without great people and great service you don’t survive. Big Lou (Louis) made it a GREAT experience. 4.5 hrs with delayed aircraft, he made it enjoyable. Personable, outgoing and professional.
Food.
I went for the shredded pork with mushroom and chili pepper ramen. It was spicy. It’s a huge bowl. Filled me up. Not bad, not great.
I went for the gyoza - done great and a favorite.

Will I be back: If Big Lou is there - YES
