    I only exclusively order vanilla chai's from here. There's a real poverty problem both inside and outside the store. This isn't really a sit down and enjoy your coffee type of place. The inside is usually uncleanly, but the staff is pretty nice and non confrontational. It could be 4 stars, but the donuts/munchkins are usually either stale, or sloppily made. Sometimes they won't even have specific donuts in stock.

    Went to Dunkin this morning and I have to say Noah was the best customer service I ever got ! He gave me great customer experience which I never received before. I normally go to Starbucks just because of the way I'm treated but Noah will make me a returning customer. He asked me all the options to specialized my drink and gave knowledge about food choices I didn't even know was an option. I was happy with the service I had to write this review ASAP. Thank you for making me change my attitude towards this Dunkin Donuts Newark :))))) !

    Best one downtown the other one up street by planet fitness sucks but this one has great staff and fresh food
