Why Go Far African Cuisine

Very tasty food. My first time trying African food and it didn’t disappoint. I wish the portions were a bit bigger. Owner is very friendly. I’ve been here about 4-5 times now. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

I’ve been craving African food for months, especially Egusu Soup with Fufu. I never had it before & I chose this restaurant to order it from. Let me tell you, it was absolutely AMAZING! I went there 15 mins to closing & it was still fresh & hot. The flavor was ridiculously awesome. A little spice to it but nothing too crazy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wanted something different and found my husband worked nearby. So he stopped by to pickup, turns out there isn't much seating so it was fortuitous we wanted take out.

As the food is made fresh when you order, I suggest that you order on the phone to pickup. Hubby waited 15-20mins and got a parking ticket...

1st time we tried simple, Jollof Rice with Fish and Chicken.

2nd time after we has time to google the menu.

Spinach was for a vegetarian friend, but we tried some. So good!

Fufu and Egusi was delicious! I didn't know what to expect with Fufu but it's sticky and slightly sweet, good contrast to the Egusi which was spicy.

Ofada Stew was delicious and SPICY! My mouth was on 🔥. But I would eat it again! There were pieces of Beef & Tripe and an Egg, onions, peppers and google says typically made with Habanero peppers (no wonder it's so spicy!)

Definitely try the food. Open your mind to a wonderful new culinary adventure!

Food is really delicious. I had pounded yam and egusi soup. Customer service is out of this world. The snacks ….puff puff was tasty. Thanks so much. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Ordered through GrubHub and everything came as requested though it seemed they took a little bit longer than expected to prepare the order. The food was delicious and the jollof rice wasn't too spicy. The only let down was with the goat meat. There were only two pieces provided which would have been fine except that there was hardly an edible meat, only bones and fat!
