Bonchon Chicken

Too pricey especially considering that you don't always get what is advertised. Quality is noticeably on it's way down so I wanted to write this in the hopes they get the message...
1) Tteokbokki no longer includes the very tasty kinari rolls...had to argue for them.
2) they WILL give you picked radish or Cole slaw, but ONLY if you ask for it. Cashier told me that it's because some people don't like it. Well how about you ask them instead of assuming?
3) I was also informed that a lot of menu items have been changed to exclude certain vegetables or garnishes. Funny how prices didn't tho.
4) small combo- 11.99 (6 wings 3 legs). Med combo 22.99 (10 wings 5 legs)..the math is stupid...get 2 smalls =more chicken for only $1 more.

Just trying to keep them honest. Hey bonchon, your food is good. Don't eff it up by cutting corners!

The box you serve chicken in is already built to be fastened closed by itself... No need to use staples to close the box. Maybe you can save money on staples which don't taste very good on chicken anyhow. ????

Never fails me... Crispy, salty, sweet and delicious these chicken tenders are the best in America.

Always tasty soy garlic chicken. Called in my order for take out and it was promptly ready for me when I got there. Friendly and courteous staff. will come again.
