Very pleasant great customer service. Bagel w/ eggs was good. Fair price

Food was described well in the menu. Came out at a reason pace and tasted good. Quesadilla could have cooked a little longer. The table we sat at was sticky, but aside from that it was a good experience. Price was a little higher than we liked, but understanding the area and the current economy, it was acceptable. Not to likely to return though

This is the first time that I have edited a review but I felt it was necessary. Because I live so close to BGL, I really wanted to like it but after more than 6 not so great experiences, I just cannot continue to go here. For the past 3 visits, I have ordered a bagel with cream cheese to go and every time I have eaten the product, I have gotten sick. I am not sure if the cream cheese is not being kept properly refrigerated or it is beyond its time but I am done. This establishment is just off on so many levels. I was willing to overlook the less than stellar service (it's like the staff works at one pace and provides barely a smile when doing it) but I am done.
