Their wafer cones are to die for! So crunchy and freshly made! It's a nice place to go with your family and spend time together on Sundays!!! ????????????

Ice cream was awesome, customer service while waiting was great. We ordered $50 worth of ice cream, we got home which was 5 minutes away. The brownie ice cream containers spilled all out. I called and spoke to the manager, she was loud rude and never even gave us an apology. Ive been to other Cold Stones and never had our ice cream spilled out that way. The containers they use are cheap and not made for brownie sundaes. The only way I was told to get a refund was to bring back all containers that spilled out, along with the bag that fell apart.. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I decided to consider it a lost and a lesson learned. Terrible customer service considering how much we spent.

The staff was very distracted, taking to themselves or joking around with friends who came in.

My ice cream was sloppily put into the bowl, leaving ice cream dripping out and all over me and the counter. Thankfully, it tasted good!

I think they could use some more help in the evenings to keep the line moving.

Cold Stone Creamery is a great place to find ice cream creations. I like to be able to blend flavors to make something personal. I would have given it 5 stars for flavor, but I find that, for me, their prices are high.
