First time diner and it won't be my last. Received a genuinely friendly welcome upon arrival and was immediately seated. We were given time to go through the menu without feeling rushed. The food was well crafted and at the desired heat/spice level, which made the dining experience even better. The food was adequately portioned and served at the appropriate temperature and lasted throughout the meal. I was happy that it was a dumbed down version of Indian food, making it the true and authentic. I will definitely make Rohan's a regular rotation be it to dine in, or take out.
Just one more 5 star review. Amazing, the first time ever in a restaurant where all the patrons were asking each other " What did you get ? How is it ? " We enjoyed Dahi Puri, chicken curry, chicken seekh kabab, delicious! Can't wait to return.
Finally, a nice Indian bistro near Rowan University
I had samosa chaat for my appetizer, then saag paneer with basmati rice and garlic naan for my entree, with a mango lassi for my drink
I finished with my favorite gulab jamun for dessert, and I can taste the rosewater and cardamom in the sugar syrup
Everything was just flavorful and not too salty
I love that the paneer is homemade and I like that the garlic naan is thin with a crust, but not too chewy
We had a wonderful experience today at Rohan's bistro. It was our first time and everything was amazing. The presentation, the food, the taste, the smell. It was all 100% authentic!! We will be back 🔥
We came back here for the second time. Because…The best samosa I’ve ever had, the stuffing was aromatic and rich. The food is great. We got paneer mutter and chicken curry, they both came with plenty of rice. The spicy and herby sauce which was perfect for dipping some naan bread in.
