Most of the time they're great and make great sandwiches. But Friday mornings are disaster. They don't update their breakfast menu on the screen throughly and they don't know how to add it and make you go throw tons of weird stuff that customers shouldn't go through. Please teach your Friday morning crew how to update your screens.

Heavy set dude with red hair makes the best hoagies. I remember him from Jimmy Johns a few years back when I was studying at Jefferson. I guess he’s some sort of deli legend. I hope this guy never stops making sandwiches for people.

Love the remodel, I would’ve given 5 stars if the employees weren’t so lazy and talked so much when making a simple sandwich other then that enjoy the store! But man I can’t get over the one heavy set employee making the subs so rude, didn’t call out my number appropriately even other people thought he was incredibly rude, don’t work for a company you have no respect for as you won’t get respect back!! True shame!!
