Amazing salads. Incredibly fresh ingredients and excellent service. I tried their salads at the uptown farmers market over the summer and really enjoyed them. I just visited the Alfalfa pop up at Schnackenbergs and wasn't disappointed. You can even order through Seamless. Highly recommend!

In a town filled with fad restaurants and overpriced take out WE FINALLY have a go-to healthy option at an affordable price. The food here is amazing and a must try to any and all Hoboken residents. Walk in and got greeted with a smile. Countless actual HEALTHY options and perfect of lunch or dinner.

I really enjoy Alfalfa's salads. I usually order the Greek with chicken, avocado, and candied walnuts, with the lemon dressing. Perfect blend of textures, fresh organic greens and veggies. It is a generous portion but I always end up eating it right down to the very last bite. Alfalfa's salads are consistently delicious, and a healthy meal option. Give it try, it will make you want to eat salads more often.

Best salads around, hands down! All of their ingredients are fresh, dressings are fantastic (and homemade) and the workers are all very friendly and helpful. 10/10 - highly recommend
