Always prompt and the food delicious.

Such an amazing find! This mom and pop shop, is hands down one of the best Korean restaurants I've been to. I would go every day if I could :) food is super quick and comes out amazing. I love their spicy soup, pan fried meat dumplings, and their big ol' steam Ubu. 4 Stars all the way.

Been here several times for eat-in, take-out, and delivery. For me, the experience has been quite consistent so maybe the management shifted / learned from previous reviews. Anyway, the sushi is quite good quality and I absolutely love the homey atmosphere. I’ve actually never had anything but sushi here, so can’t speak to the other dishes. Also, this is not a high end fancy place, you can meander over to Illuzion for that. Come to Ubu if you want something more down to earth. BYOB!

I walked past so many times and decided to stop in alone while waiting for a friend. It’s so quaint and cozy and the staff is attentive. It was a slow weeknight and they provided a starter piece of sushi on the house and chocolate ice cream at the end. Their tea was delicious too! Highly recommend. Oh it’s also BYOB but there is a minimum $18 per person. Still BYOB! Definitely coming back with a few friends next time.

This is the best sushi place in Hoboken, hands down. The kind of staff that will keep you coming back just to say hello. I've been coming for years and hopefully will keep coming for years to come.
