Fiore's House of Quality

We were told that we had to stop by Fiore’s for their Saturday special of roast beef, gravy, and fresh mozzarella, and I’m so glad that we did! She may not be the prettiest sandwich, but damn was it delicious. The workers picked up on the fact that we were from out of state, and when we said we had never tried their mozzarella, they kindly handed us a few pieces to try. Seriously the best mozz I’ve ever had! From now on every time I visit my friend in Hoboken, I’m making time for a sandwich at Fiore’s.

Cash only with a line out the door with good reason. While I was wating today I was talking to a Wall St. Intern whose firm sent him across the river to pick up sandwiches. Grab your bread and place your order. Roast Beef and Mozzarella if its a Thursday or Saturday. This is a true old school Italian Deli. There's a small lot for parking but a lot of people double park.

So we found out about this place online and it's supposed to be famous for their subs. I'd rather rave about their mozzarella, specially the smoked one. The flavor really is quite good. The rest of the wares in the deli are also above-average/ quality stuff. The staff are super cool too.

But there is no seating, so be ready for that. And also call ahead to know what days they have gravy to go with their subs, as that's the best time to get them.

However, I will note that no one in my party was impressed with the subs. The bread wasn't special and I think the sandwiches can do with more garnishes and veggies and sauces to make it a real treat.

But I definitely wasn't blown away by the subs.

We travel far and wide just to get to Fiore's. We absolutely love this place! The staff are very friendly. It's so worth it! I highly recommend this place to everyone. ENJOY 👍
