I've eaten at a lot of carts in NJ/Manhattan and I feel this food is special!
Chicken over rice - Most of the food carts toss/stir fry boneless chickenwith some sauce and present you with salad/rice.
Not this guy!!
His chicken (and lamb) are properly cooked with veggies and awesome sauces. So the meat is extremely soft and flavorful. Combine them with yellow or spicy rice, pickles, salad ,fries and taste the yummiest bite of chicken over rice..
