Sabor Latin Bistro

Great tasting food, excellent seasoning! I had the stuffed chicken: the spinach was well sauteed and the chicken was soft, juicy and well cooked. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was helpful, suggesting the special which turned out to be delicious, nothing was left on the plate.

Nice place to dine out at . The two floors offer very different ambience - lower floor glows red and feels like a club, upper floor has a wooden rustic charm. Nice paintings all over. Decor is very appealing. We had a few small plates - which comes in pretty decent portions so easy to share with a group of three. Coffee and sangria very good.

Multi stories Latin bistro on River Road provides a higher end take on popular fare available elsewhere in North Hudson county. The white table cloth and attentive service is the point of difference. Dishes exceeded expectations. The paella was exceptional. Prices semed premium for the cuisine yet aligned with the environs, service and other River Road establishments. We go again for a social occasion.
