Do not be put off by the look from the exterieur, go inside and you will have an excellent peruvian meal served by really friendly staff. The portions are huge! We shared one dish for two with our kids and still couldn't finish!!! No alcohol but you can bring your own which is pretty cool! So if you have spent all of your money in Manhattan in the day Eslabon will cool down your credit card!

If you're looking for authentic Peruvian food, look no further than El Espabons. For your own sake, try the seafood medley and the purple corn drink. You're gonna want to come back!

I’ve been a customer for years now. I loved eating at this place as a young boy, by far the best Peruvian restaurant in NJ for me. Seafood is their specialty, they have mastered how to make ceviche, every other place I’ve went to eat ceviche at is trash, can’t be compared to this. If you want Peruvian sea food I highly recommend you should visit this restaurant. The environment is also good, service is great too. I hope you guys come by and try their food you won’t regret it ❤️???????? .
