Best BBQ joint in NJ hands down. Started with fries and hush puppies. Both were great. The fries had a little kick to them and were so fresh. The hush puppies were also made to order fresh. Nice bronze outside with perfect consistency inside. The side sauce for the puppies was a perfect accompaniment.
For the meats I got pulled pork, 2 ribs, and brisket. All were outstanding. The ribs fell off the bone and were juicy and succulent. The pulled pork comes dry so you sauce it to your liking which I love. And the brisket....oh my! So juicy and tender. The right amount of seasoning and smoke. Not a bad bite on the tray!

Jersey Q did the corned beef sandwiches for the after party after the St. Patrick's Day parade and everyone was raving how great the corned beef sandwiches were. Can't wait to go in and try a little of everything from the menu. Welcome to Clinton!

My girlfriend is from Memphis, TN (so we’ve had our fair share of high quality BBQ), and Jersey Q is right there with the best of the best. From the ribs to the brisket everything here is top of the line and has us driving across the state to get us some authentic southern cuisine.

First off, I would like to thank you for opening the first barbecue restaurant in a town full of sub shops and pizza parlors. Even if it was just a decent barbecue place, it would immediately improve the diversity of taste around the town, but Jersey - Q is fantastic. Everything I tried had a very unique flavor and it was easy to tell this is authentic barbecue.

The first thing I tried was the ribs and cornbread. The ribs were fall-off the bone tender with a great combination of smoked and sweet flavor. The cornbread was a great compliment and dessert for the ribs, and the honey syrup on top added something different to the traditional cornbread.

The one area I think this restaurant could improve upon is seating. There is only a small bar area for patrons to eat, but I think this would be a great restaurant to bring lots of families and friends. Everyone complaining about this place running out of food obviously does not understand BBQ! You can't just put on another rack of ribs or brisket and have it ready in a couple hours, it takes time for this quality. Call in ahead or come earlier!

The ribs were the favorite for me and my friends, but I have been back many times and tried almost everything and I have not been disappointed yet! I just wanted to thank you for bringing authentic, southern style BBQ into New Jersey, you will definitely be seeing me again soon.

The burned brisket ends are to die for!! The wings are absolutely the best out there and the spare ribs have a very unique flavor. The sides are all southern style and fabulous, my favorites are the pickles, beans and mac n cheese!
