I can't wait to go back to try other items off the menu. I had a wonderful breakfast sandwich and am looking forward to some of the more traditional barbeque offerings. Tater tots as a side are always a welcome bonus!
Excellent tender brisket and pulled pork, and the creamed ('Hell Yeah') corn is amazing. No fake liquid smoke taste like some places. Best BBQ place Stockton Market has had.
Ordered ribs and the Hell Yeah Corn for Super Bowl. The ribs were great! Tender, and a ton of meat. Great smoky flavor with a little hint of sweetness. The corn, my ultimate favorite - creamy, a little bit of spice and crispy bacon on top. Delicious!
Chopped Brisket was awesome melt in your mouth and smoky with a good amount of black pepper. The corn and baked beans were delicious. The baked beans had a Mexican seasoning base and a small amount of heat. Tried the white BBQ saw which was an interesting tangy horseradish vinegar concoction.
I have never enjoyed pulled pork and brisket till I tried Pulled Fork BBQ at the Stockton Market. Fell in love with the texture and the flavor. Wow! I kept saying I didn't want to try it, and a friend strongly suggested (With his fork to my face) that I tried his. It was delicious, and I then got my own brisket taco, after I finished eating his pulled pork sandwich.
